Born and raised on the edge of the Sahara Desert, Abdellah grew up surrounded by nature and learned from an early age to live in harmony with its rhythms.
His deep connection with the natural world shaped the person he is today and inspired his lifelong love for the ocean.
From childhood, he was drawn to the sea, spending countless hours exploring the coastline, learning to read the waves, and developing a profound understanding of the ocean. Surfing quickly became more than a sport – it became a way of life.
As a true ocean soul, Abdellah combines years of surfing experience with a calm, patient, and supportive teaching style. He understands that every person learns differently and takes the time to adapt each lesson to the individual needs, goals, and confidence level of every student.
Whether you are stepping onto a surfboard for the first time, looking to improve your skills, or exploring Morocco with your family, Abdellah creates a welcoming environment where learning feels natural, enjoyable, and inspiring.
His mission is not only to teach surfing, but to help people connect with the ocean, build confidence, and experience the beauty of Morocco through authentic and unforgettable adventures.

Petra brings warmth, organisation, and a passion for helping people feel welcome from the very first moment they arrive.
With a background as a Judo Instructor, she has many years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities. Her approach is built on patience, encouragement, respect, and understanding that every individual learns and grows at their own pace.
At Orange Wave Surf Morocco, Petra supports Abdellah with the organisation and day-to-day management of activities, ensuring that every guest enjoys a smooth, relaxed, and memorable experience.
Her own surfing journey began through her love of the ocean and her curiosity to explore new challenges. Like many of our guests, she understands what it feels like to be a beginner, making her especially approachable and supportive for those taking their first steps into the world of surfing.
Together with Abdellah, Petra shares a passion for nature, adventure, and authentic cultural experiences. She is dedicated to helping guests discover not only the beauty of Morocco's coastline, but also the friendships, confidence, and unforgettable memories that come with every adventure.
